Creamy, Gluten-free Mac 'n Cheese

  • 16 oz. rice pasta, cooked and kept warm
  • 4 Tbls. butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan or the pot that you boiled the pasta, combine butter, cream cheese and milk.
  2. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Add shredded cheese in three batches, stirring until melted after each addition.
  4. Add onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir.
  5. Combine sauce and macaroni and stir to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
