Grain-free Rum Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ c. fine almond flour
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • ½ c. finely chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbls. cocoa
  • 2 Tbls. rum
  • 2 Tbls. raw honey
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine almond flour, sugar, pecans and cocoa.
  2. Combine rum and honey in a small bowl and slowly pour into processor as it’s running.
  3. Allow mixture to come together in a ball. (You may need to scrape the sides once.)
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar.
  5. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
  6. Serve chilled.
