Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cup gluten-free flour (King Arthur Measure for Measure)
  • 1 Tbls. cane sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbls. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 4 Tbls. butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sour cream or yogurt
  • 3 Tbls. half & half
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400˚
  2. Combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. Combine and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour out on lightly floured surface and pat to about 1" thick. Using a round biscuit cutter, cut biscuits.
  6. Reknead remaining dough edges and pat out again to 1" thick. Cut remaining biscuits repeating as needed.
  7. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
