Garlic & Lemon Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of garbanzo beans, drained
  • 5-7 cloves of garlic
  • ¾ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or Avocado oil to desired smoothness (about ¼ cup) plus extra olive oil for drizzling.
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine beans, garlic, lemon juice, salt and Tahini.
  2. Blend until well combined. It will be thick.
  3. With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve with desired toppings.
  5. Store in refrigerator up to 6 days.
