Quick and easy marinated flank steak, started on the stove top and finished in the oven.

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the flank steak with seasonings, Worcestershire sauce and olive oil on both sides.
  2. Marinate for a minimum of 2 hours and up to 24.
  3. When ready to cook, bring to room temperature about 30 minutes before cooking.
  4. Heat up a heavy cast iron pan on the stove top and sear on both sides for 3-4 minutes each.
  5. Immediately place in the oven with an oven safe thermometer set to desired temperature.
  6. When the steak reaches temp, remove from oven and rest for 5-10 minutes to finish cooking.
  7. Serve immediately by slicing thinly.
  8. Goes great with chimichurri sauce!
