Chocolate Hazelnut {grain-free} Cookies

Ingredients
  • ½ c. Justin’s hazelnut spread
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • ½ c. almond flour
  • 2 T. coconut flour
  • Melted chocolate (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Prepare pan(s) with parchment or silpat.
  3. Cream spread and banana together.
  4. Add egg and mix well.
  5. Add flours and mix well.
  6. Allow to sit for ten minutes.
  7. Drop onto pan making each cookie about 2 Tablespoons.
  8. Bake for ten minutes and flatten slightly.
  9. Bake for another 3-6 minutes until nearly firm.
  10. Allow to cool and drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
