If you’re looking for something sweet, sticky and delicious, you’ve found it right here. These Balsamic Honey Meatballs are the bomb! They are simple to mix up and they bake while you put together the sauce that makes all the messy meatball-making worth it.

They’d be great for a casual appetizer for a get-together or for the main dish of a family meal like we ate them. Sometimes I like to make an entire meal of just appetizers and finger foods – fun, right? I included some amazing marinated veggies for dinner that night along with these meatballs.

Don’t forget, the recipe gives the option to keep it all keto/low-carb. Just substitute the honey for your favorite low-carb sweetener. It’s delicious either way!

If you’re not familiar with this brand, Fat & Happy Foods, that’s because it’s relatively new. Right now, it’s the only salad dressing on the market that’s made with ketone-producing MCT oil. You can read more about why ketones are good and how MCT oil assists them.

Fat & Happy also has two other salad dressings, Italian and Ranch, that I’ve done a bunch of great recipes for. You can find them here by searching for “Fat & Happy” or by following them on Instagram and going to their stories. The recipes live there too.

If you’d like to find out where these dressings are sold, you can check out their website.
