Spring has been a little slow to come this year so in the interest of not freezing constantly, my daughter and I came up with this pleasantly warming pear cocktail. It’s super simple and uses just a few ingredients. Isn’t that rich yellow color beautiful?
One of the reasons I don’t drink much is because the ingredients in cocktails, discounting the alcohol itself, are really awful. So many of the mixers are filled with artificial coloring, flavoring or cut with the cheapest products available like high fructose corn syrup. Knudson, on the other hand, has a pear juice that’s incredibly delicious, not to mention already spiced. It goes perfectly with the spiced brandy!
Spiced Pear Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 shots (3 oz.) Gingered Brandy
- 1 Tbls. Ginger juice
- 6 oz Knudson Spiced Pear Juice
Instructions
- Combine all and pour over ice.
