My first video! Perfectly Steamed Eggs!
Over the next couple months I am hoping to put up a bunch of short (1 minute or less) videos to help you with basic kitchen skills.
Since we eat so many fresh eggs, and they used to be notoriously difficult to peel, I thought it’d be fun to start with this one!
Kudos to my son who is using me to learn shooting and editing. I think he did a great job for his first one. Due to our perfectionist nature, we have to keep in mind that we’re trying to help you prepare Perfectly Steamed Eggs, not create a perfect video.

Cherise!! This worked PERFECTLY! I’m so excited because there is pretty much no such thing as non-fresh eggs around here, so my hard boiled eggs always looked like they’ve been through the war. 🙂 No more! Thanks so much!
